Mortar Mix is ideal for general and structural concrete repairs, stucco and plaster repairs, single-coat exterior plaster, mortar beds, underlayment, and formed work. Mortar Mix sets in 15 minutes and is ready for traffic or construction in 1 hour. It is durable in wet conditions and can be applied in thicknesses ranging from 1/2 inch to 6 inches. Mortar Mix is composed of high-performance cement and quality sand. It provides excellent resistance to chemical attacks. It is non-metallic and free of added chlorides. Mortar Mix allows repaired areas to be painted, coated, or sealed soon after application. In dry conditions, water-based coatings like latex paint can be applied once the product has hardened, typically within 1 to 4 hours. Solvent-based and impermeable coatings can be applied after 16 hours.
