The 8 oz. PVC and CPVC Purple Primer, composed of a blend of solvents, is intended to eliminate surface dirt, oils, and other impurities from PVC or CPVC piping. It is not suitable for use with ABS piping systems.
• Aggressive purple-tinted primer designed for PVC and CPVC pipes and fittings
• Low-V.O.C. formula adheres to various environmental regulations
• Cleans surface dirt, grease, and grime while also softening the pipe surface for a quick, secure solvent weld
• Suitable for areas where plumbing codes require confirmation that a primer has been utilized
