Kraft-faced Formaldehyde-free™ fiberglass insulation is available in various R-values, making it perfect for managing moisture in exterior walls while also offering excellent temperature and sound control. Our R-30 Kraft-faced insulation is made from formaldehyde-free fiberglass and features a moisture-resistant kraft facing on one side. Each bag covers an area of 88 square feet and comes in pre-cut lengths of 48 inches for straightforward installation in 24-inch, 2-inch x 10-inch attics and ceilings. Kraft-faced batts are suitable for new builds, renovations, walls, floors, ceilings, basements, attics, and crawlspaces, and can be used with either wood or steel stud framing. The insulation consists of bonded glass fibers that maintain their shape and will not slump, settle, or degrade under normal conditions.
