PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The 1/2 in. x 260 in. Yellow PTFE Tape is suitable for use on both metal and plastic threads. With a tensile strength greater than that of white tape, this tape is made from PTFE and comes on a spool within a handy dispenser box. It meets Military Specification A-A 58092.
• Designed specifically for natural gas, propane, butane, water, oil, and chemical pipelines
• Denser than white tape, with a density of 1.35 - 1.50 g/cubic centimeters and a thickness of 4 mils
• Meets standards MIL-T-22230A (ASG), UL 31 RO, AGA 3226, and CAN/ULC-S642
• Supplied on spools in an easy-to-use dispenser box
• Has an indefinite shelf life
